MISC. WORLD by Clark Humphrey; X-Words

My X-Words are standard crossword puzzles crafted for today's reader. They're smart and sassy, tuff and tricky (but never formally "cryptic").

It regularly appears in The Stranger in Seattle, and is available to papers everywhere. (If your local "alternative" weekly doesn't run it, tell its editors to contact us at clark@speakeasy.org).

You can also solve the following X-Word puzzles on your computer, using the free, cross-platform Across Lite program. You'll have to download the files (i.e., don't open them in your browser), then open them with Across Lite software.
